Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Assist policyholders with policy changes, billing questions, and general account maintenance.

Process endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately.

Provide information about insurance policies and coverage options clearly and concisely.

Document all customer interactions and transactions in the agency's CRM system.

Requirements

Property and Casualty License Preferred Wllling to Train (Licensing Assistance Available)

Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
