Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

We are seeking a proactive, service-driven, and highly organized Account Manager to join our staffing team. This role is ideal for a hospitality-focused professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for client properties, ensuring staffing needs are met, service standards are exceeded, and performance metrics are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the staffing team, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

  • Manage, support, and oversee 50–100 employees across multiple hotel departments or client locations.

  • Maintain daily communication with clients to understand staffing needs, resolve issues, and ensure operational excellence.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct site visits, employee check-ins, and quality assurance walk-throughs.

  • Partner with the recruiting team to ensure proper selection, onboarding, and scheduling of associates.

  • Address attendance, performance, and conduct issues promptly and professionally.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to associates to improve performance and retention.
