Full Stack Developer
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a developer platform team. This team is the primary developer and customer-facing experience for API onboarding and integration. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will own features end-to-end, from API design through UI delivery, on a highly visible team that directly supports external developer adoption and API consumption.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support features across a customer-facing portal.
  • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development.
  • Build and enhance developer onboarding experiences, customer onboarding workflows, application creation capabilities, API access functionality, and integration services.
  • Own and drive roadmap initiatives from design through delivery.
  • Create technical designs and present solutions to engineering stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and drive projects to completion.
  • Collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Proven ability to independently own deliverables and drive execution from design through implementation and production delivery.
Technical Skills: Front-end experience with Vue, React, or Angular. Back-end experience with Python/Django or Java, including REST API development. Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Comfortable working in AI-enabled development environments.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions. Must demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a team-first mentality. Receptive to feedback, curious, coachable, and enjoys solving challenging problems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vue experience is preferred.
  • AWS experience is preferred.
  • DevOps experience.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience supporting developer portals or API platform products.
  • Prior experience with customer onboarding platforms.
  • Experience in API product management or developer experience (DX) initiatives.
