Our teams are leveraging a broad range of technologies to support our core platform, Metal, and we thrive on moving fast, delivering value, and living our values of being bold, humble and accountable.

  • Drive platform security and governance initiatives, including policy-as-code implementations (e.g., Kyverno) and compliance support
  • Mentor engineering team members through pairing, documentation, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software or platform engineering with a strong focus on infrastructure and DevOps
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Kubernetes administration and the cloud-native ecosystem
  • Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Extensive experience designing and operating GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD, Flux)
  • Strong software engineering skills with the ability to read, write, and debug code across multiple application

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with C# and Dotnet framework
  • Experience with Azure and AWS Cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience working in geographically distributed teams
