Description
With Staff Management | SMX, you'll earn a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. Staff Management is looking for motivated, detail-oriented employees like you to start with us as a full time Equipment Operator. Operators will transport materials around the warehouse facility that you are employed at. Operators will load and unload materials from containers and stack material and pallets.

Job Responsibilities
Operators duties can vary by department and type of equipment. Duties may include:
  • Perform job-related tasks/duties, according to job standards.
  • Operate all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
  • Properly setup all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
  • Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.
  • Correctly interpret operational method sheets/SOPs and perform quality inspections as needed.
  • Work with a team.
  • Experience preferred but not required (paid training available).
  • Operators will place and remove pallets of product in and from racking and utilize an RF scanner.
  • Must be able to stand for shift (up to 10 hours).
  • Manual dexterity and grip strength is needed.
  • Equipment includes but is not limited to Stand Up or Sit Down Warehouse Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Order Pickers and or Reach Trucks.
