The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations at a high-volume, successful Culver's franchise, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant functioning within a medium-sized chain environment. This role involves direct management of team members, working closely with an independent franchisee to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. The focus is on operational management with significant customer interaction and delivering a great dining experience.

Responsibilities
