Job description

The Shipping and Receiving Lead oversees the daily operations of shipping and receiving within the warehouse or distribution center. This role ensures efficient and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. The lead coordinates team activities, addresses logistical challenges, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
