Office Support Coordinator
Join our client"s team in a versatile support role that combines facilities administration, inventory management, and event support. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating services, supporting employees, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support for facilities operations, including records, compliance documents, service contracts, scheduling, procurement, and budget tracking.
-Coordinate front-of-house services, events, catering, cleaning, parking, security, and other external support providers.
-Manage facilities and warm beverage/supply inventory, place orders, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
-Assist with office space planning, internal moves, vendor coordination, safety procedures, and general facilities support.
Required Skills & Experience
-High school diploma required; strong organizational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and the ability to multitask and prioritize work orders.
-Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software.
