What You’ll Do

As a Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator, you’ll help keep the branch running by connecting workers with job opportunities, supporting clients, and coordinating daily staffing needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard temporary employees
• Match and dispatch workers to job assignments
• Coordinate staffing needs, scheduling, and daily workforce activity
• Communicate job expectations and assignment details
• Support workers throughout assignments and help resolve workplace issues
• Build strong relationships with workers and clients
• Assist with daily and weekly worker payouts, billing, and branch administration
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach
• Assist with workers’ compensation, unemployment, and compliance documentation as needed
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive branch environment

• Customer service, staffing, recruiting, or operations experience is a plus
• Dependable, proactive, and motivated to grow
