Job Description
  • Automation Engineer with experience creating monitors and alerts in an enterprise environment and automation of routine mitigation activities. 
  •  The Automation Engineer will help convert manual queries and reports used for troubleshooting, into automated alerts, and evoke actions to automate processes, and system & application self-recovery.
  • Candidate must have strong scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Julia, ??), and be comfortable building custom tools and utilities to manipulate application objects, evoke SQL commands, automate the administration of Windows OS and application settings, manage registries, services, event logs, etc.  
  • Automation should be the candidate's primary concentration and should be able to demonstrate their passion for automation. 
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and sharing their knowledge and ideas with others. 
  • Candidates should be intelligent, have excellent communication skills and be able to work with peers, senior architects, senior leadership, and customers.
  • Supporting millions of transactions daily. Candidates should have experience working in a mission critical 24/7 enterprise environment.



Qualifications
  • In service operations (24/7 support) area. Someone with operation mindset and some engineer experience with Automation, preferably PowerShell
  • Rotational support(24*7)
  • Working with Rest API's and SOAP would be great 
  • Working with integration tools
  • Should have experience with these types of operations tools Service Now any ticketing systems
  • 2-4 years' experience
  • Key is someone smart and dynamic
  • Passion for automation and/or operation
