Job Summary

The Premium Supervisor will be dependable and hardworking hospitality professional with experience supporting high-volume food service and event operations. Skilled in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards, washing and organizing equipment, managing inventory, receiving and distributing supplies, and ensuring efficient back-of-house operations. Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, follow safety and food handling procedures, and collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and event teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Committed to maintaining an organized, safe, and productive workplace while providing reliable support for daily and event-driven operations.  


Key Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, food preparation, and storage areas.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Operate dish machines, sanitizers, trash compactors, and other cleaning equipment. 
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, worktables, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces. 
  • Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet, catering, and event operations. 
  • Transport supplies, equipment, and inventory between kitchen and storage areas. 
  • Support culinary and concession teams to maintain efficient event operations. 
  • Follow all company, state, and local sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines. 
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Duties

  • Stand for long period of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate physical stamina/agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
  • Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
