Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Overview
Under the general supervision of operations management, the Event Operations Staff will execute the set-up and tear-down of events, assist with inventory, and provide general maintenance as necessary. The position will be part-time and hourly and should be available to work days and nights, including weekends and holidays.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00
Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until July 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of stadium events, including sporting events, concerts, festivals, and community programs.
  • Perform event conversions, which may include field and floor protection, seating, barricades, signage, and equipment placement.
  • Support load-in and load-out operations for clients, vendors, and production teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of event spaces, back-of-house areas, and public areas during events.
  • Conduct pre-event, in-event, and post-event inspections to ensure spaces meet operational and safety standards.
  • Assist with crowd flow management and operational support as directed by event operations leadership.
  • Operate basic event equipment and tools in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Respond to operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to all stadium policies, safety procedures, and sustainability practices.
  • Work safely and efficiently during varying weather, time of day/night, and using a variety of equipment.
  • Successfully troubleshoot unplanned challenges.

Qualifications
  • Familiar with operational procedures, facility capabilities, industry terminology, and event-related services.
  • Basic math skills to provide accurate inventory tracking and event set-ups.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, scrubbing machines, or other equipment is preferred.
  • Valid Class C license is required.
  • Able to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy objects.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Effectively work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, professional, and courteous manner that fosters a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor among clients, talent, and guests, demonstrating a high level of customer and client service.
  • Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in event operations work is a plus.
