Summary:
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Event Operations, the Operations Coordinator - Logistics at America First Field is responsible for the successful functioning of the facilities' administrative needs, including, but not limited to, welcoming and greeting visitors and fans, shipping and receiving of packages and mail, and supporting the pre-game/event needs of the operations staff. This is a part-time position that requires commitment to working Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve as the primary front-desk contact at America First Field, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Manage stadium communications, including the main inbox, phone tree, voicemails, and conference room calendars.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations (USPS, UPS, FedEx), ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery of packages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and front office environment.
  • Manage office operations and supplies, including amenities, equipment, and facility needs (e.g., printers, restrooms, cleaning supplies).
  • Maintain and communicate the stadium master calendar, coordinating schedules across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support visitor and vendor check-in processes in coordination with stadium security.
  • Manage and update public-facing information channels (website, social media, event calendars) in collaboration with content teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to support event and game day operations, including scheduling, setup, and logistics.
  • Assist with general stadium operations, including vendor coordination, building walkthroughs, vehicle scheduling, and game day execution tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor and attitude.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills, including verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the team's schedule and events.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Able to become forklift certified.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in Spanish.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
