Athletic Stadium Managers
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $15.00
Hourly/Temporary/Part-Time
There will be 4 positions available for Stadium Manager (Lower Richland Stadium, the Stadium at WJ Keenan, Bolden Stadium and Memorial Stadium).  The Stadium manager duties will include but is not limited to:
The position is a yearly, hourly paid, position.  The manager will work all athletic events at the stadium as well as rentals for their facility.  Weekly schedules will be set by the District Athletic Director.  Most activities will be afternoon and evenings but could include some weekend rentals.  Hours for this position will not exceed 20 hours per week.
  1. Managing all game day events and activities at their assigned stadium.  These duties include:
    1. Opening and closing the facility, which includes unlocking and locking up the facility at the end of the event
    2. Problem solving issues involving:  Scoreboard/sound system/Video Board
    3. Occasional walk through of the facility during practice times
    4. Communicating with Maintenance Services regarding issues in the stadium  with restrooms/ice machines/general maintenance.
    5. Making sure equipment is locked up and not left out
    6. Working with coaches to maintain the facility
    7. Communicating regularly with the District Athletic Director
  2. Be able to lift 50 lbs
