The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in leading large teams, and thrives in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete game-day in-seat delivery operation.
  • Check in staff and confirm attendance, uniforms, and readiness.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate service expectations.
  • Assign In-Seat Servers, Order Expeditors, and support staff to designated sections.
  • Coordinate order preparation, pickup, and delivery.
  • Monitor mobile orders and ensure timely, accurate service.
  • Maintain communication with concession stands, culinary teams, and stadium management.
  • Track delayed, missing, or incorrect orders and resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor employee performance and reposition staff when needed.
  • Ensure all workers follow food safety, alcohol service, and stadium policies.
  • Manage breaks, staffing shortages, and high-volume service periods.
  • Respond professionally to guest concerns.
  • Complete attendance, incident, and end-of-event reports.
  • Assist with staff checkout and post-event reconciliation.

Qualifications:
  • Management experience in stadiums, concessions, restaurants, catering, or high-volume events (not a must, we can train).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable managing large, diverse game-day teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to use mobile ordering systems, tablets, and scheduling applications.
  • Capable of working under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Available for NFL games, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand and walk throughout extended stadium shifts.
  • Reliable transportation is required.

What Makes You Successful:
  • You lead from the floor and remain visible during service.
  • You communicate clearly and hold your team accountable.
  • You understand that speed and accuracy are equally important.
  • You anticipate problems before they affect the guest.
  • You remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused during peak volume.

Why join the StadiumWorx team?
  • Work exciting NFL games and major stadium events.
  • Lead a unique, technology-supported hospitality operation.
  • Gain valuable high-volume event-management experience.
  • Receive opportunities for additional leadership assignments.
  • Join an agency with more than 30 years of hospitality staffing experience.
  • Weekly Pay.
