Job description

Parking Set Up Crew (Part-Time)
Department: Parking
Direct Supervisor: Parking Management
Status: Part-time / Hourly
Summary:
Set Up Crew is a part-time role responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and execution of all stadium events, including Miami Dolphins and University of Miami home games, Miami Open tournament, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Concerts, Soccer games and other world-class events.
Location:
This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
  • Set-up parking spaces, signage, banners, and other conversion responsibilities from event to event.
  • Safely operate golf carts, utility vehicles, pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment to complete tasks.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Parking Operations and Hard Rock Stadium policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
  • Store, retrieve, and organize various items in our storage areas.
  • Work collaboratively with Parking Operations, Event Operations, Security, and other stadium departments on a weekly basis.
  • Adhere to all Hard Rock Stadium safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly report any unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or damaged equipment to Parking Management team.
This description defines the type of work being performed by a person assigned to this position. It is not a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required by the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required (some college education preferred)
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work a minimum of 80% of all Hard Rock Stadium events, including nights, weekends, holidays, and days leading up to and following events.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as: climbing, crawling, kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
  • Ability to operate a lull forklift and warehouse forklift preferred.
  • Clean driving record mandatory to operate stadium vehicles. Safety Driver test will be required to complete upon employment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management personnel.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs, assess situations, and make sound decisions.
  • Must be fluent in English, Spanish beneficial.
