Job description

Seasonal Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Associate — Dallas, TX (incl. AT&T Stadium)

Employment Type: Seasonal, Part-Time/Full-Time (Flexible) Location: Dallas–Fort Worth area, including AT&T Stadium (Arlington, TX) and other commercial sites Pay: $12.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience and site Schedule: Flexible — shifts vary by client location and event schedule

About the Role:

We're hiring seasonal Commercial Cleaners to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with opportunities to work events at AT&T Stadium in Arlington as well as other commercial client sites (offices, retail, and additional facilities). This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible, short-term work — including game days and large events — with the potential to transition into an ongoing position based on performance and availability.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine janitorial and cleaning tasks at assigned commercial sites (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, restroom sanitation, surface disinfection)
  • Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and safety protocols
  • Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with OSHA and manufacturer guidelines
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to your site lead or supervisor
  • Maintain a professional, respectful presence at client locations
  • Complete tasks within scheduled shift windows across flexible site assignments
  • For stadium/event assignments (e.g., AT&T Stadium): perform pre-event, in-event, and post-event cleaning in high-traffic areas such as concourses, seating areas, and restrooms, working efficiently around large crowds and tight turnaround windows

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable transportation to assigned sites in the Dallas area
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 25–30 lbs), and move for the duration of a shift
  • Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team
  • Prior cleaning/janitorial experience is a plus but not required — training provided
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for stadium events and game days
  • Stadium/venue assignments may require a venue-specific background check and credentialing prior to first shift

Pay & Schedule Details

  • $12.00–$15.00/hour, paid on a regular payroll schedule in compliance with the Texas Payday Law
  • Flexible scheduling — shift days/times vary by client site and business need
  • This is a seasonal position; hours and assignment length depend on client demand

How to Apply

Apply through this posting with your resume or work history. We'll follow up to schedule a brief interview and discuss site assignments and availability.
