Part-time

Re-posted 4 days ago

Job description

$16-$26/hour to sling legendary NY-style slices in Milwaukee, WI.

We're hiring part-time Seasonal Stadium Concessions Team Members to start immediately and stick with us through the baseball season (October-ish, playoffs dependent).

For the quickest response to your application, apply on our website at ianspizza.com.

Why You'll Love Working Here

You're part of the action at the ballpark during baseball games and other events! Join our Seasonal Stadium Concessions Team and enjoy a variety of responsibilities that go beyond the ordinary. You'll learn transferable skills, make awesome friends, and earn some sweet cash and tips along the way.

  • $16-$26/hour with wages and tips.
  • End-of-season bonus eligibility.
  • Flexible schedules, free pizza.
  • Work with a diverse, supportive crew at Wisconsin's legendary pizza joint.
  • Exciting locations. Who's not having fun at the ballpark?

About the Role

Jump in and keep things moving! As a server, you are the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days. You'll greet customers, get slices in and out of the finishing ovens, and ring folks up at the counter.

You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the stand running smoothly.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

Job Requirements

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

  • Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
  • Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
  • Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
  • Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
  • Must be 16+ years old to apply.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
  • Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.
  • Reliable transportation to shifts at the baseball stadium.
  • Able to work through the end of the season (including playoffs).

Scheduling

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

Shifts are during Brewer's home games and concerts at the stadium. Weekend and evening availability is a must! Stadium events run through the end of the baseball season, including playoffs. So we could be done at the end of September if it's not a playoff year, or we could be going strong through the fall!

This is a seasonal, part-time position. We cannot guarantee a consistent schedule or number of hours from week to week. When the Brewers are on the road, there are fewer hours available.

You can opt into working other events such as the Panther Arena, Baird Center, The Rave, and Lion's Tail Brewing Company.
