ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Director of Enterprise Process Transformation in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.

The Director of Enterprise Process Transformation will own the design and governance of ANA’s end-to-end business processes and ensure they are properly implemented and adhered to across the company’s departments and platforms. This role will establish and maintain a unified process architecture across operations, HR, finance, IT, sales, marketing, engineering, support, and supply chain, ensuring departmental decisions support downstream workflows and system integrity. The objective is to create a coherent operating model supported by well-integrated enterprise systems, enabling ANA to scale efficiently. This role requires someone who can lead cross-department change, influence teams across the organization, and ensure that new processes and systems are not only designed well but fully adopted.

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the VP of Finance and IT.
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cross-department failure points.
Enterprise Systems Design - Translate business processes into documented system workflows across ANA’s technology stack, including:
  • MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Salesforce
  • Finance, operations, HR and reporting platforms (including Power BI)
  • Integration and automation tools
  • Master data and permission governance structures
Cross-Functional Process Governance:
  • Establish governance for how processes are created, modified, and maintained.
  • Evaluate departmental process changes for downstream operational and system impacts.
  • Facilitate alignment between departments.
Continuous Process Improvement:
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and system optimization.
  • Reduce manual workarounds and process delays.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of operational and financial data.
System Adoption and Enablement:
  • Improve effective use of core platforms such as Business Central and Salesforce.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to ensure processes are correctly executed within systems.

  • 10–15+ years leading enterprise process transformation, ERP architecture, and business operational systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional change in organizations where processes span multiple departments and systems.
  • Experience implementing or rescuing ERP/CRM transformations where adoption, governance, and workflow discipline were required across teams.
  • Strong, successful experience aligning ERP (Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (Salesforce or similar), and operational systems into a coherent operating model.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizational resistance and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Experience operating in manufacturing, operationally complex, or rapidly scaling companies strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise operational workflows across finance, operations, sales, supply chain, HR, and support.
  • Experience translating business processes into system architecture across ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, system integrations, and enterprise reporting environments (e.g., Power BI).

Attributes:

  • Change driver – Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization toward disciplined processes and system adoption.
  • Influential communicator – Able to command a room, build credibility quickly, and lead cross-department discussions with senior leaders.

  • Business-to-system translator – Converts operational needs into system logic, automation, and integrated workflows across ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Relentless executor – Focused on ensuring processes are actually adopted, not just designed.

Expected Impact:

Within the first 12 months, this role should deliver:

  • Clear ownership and governance of ANA’s end-to-end business processes across departments
  • Strong integration between Business Central, Salesforce, and other core systems
  • Streamlined, documented workflows that eliminate friction & manual workarounds, improve efficiencies including speed & accuracy
