About the Community:

This custom home community includes wooded home sites, a beautiful centerpiece lake, exclusive Equestrian Center with indoor/outdoor arena, hike and bike trails, and a spectacular lodge.

The Stable Attendant will help ensure that residents, boarders, and guests have an exceptional experience at the stables. This person will be tasked with ensuring and maintaining the high expectations of the stables, including maintaining grounds, amenities, and horses in our care.

What youll accomplish:

  • Performing general maintenance, grounds keeping, and custodial work in all common areas
  • Moving hay, mucking stalls, grooming/ blanketing/feeding/turning out horses
  • Performing set-ups and breakdowns for lessons/events
  • Cleaning community facilities including; emptying trash, replacing pet waste bags, sweeping, cleaning furniture, etc
  • Completing minor maintenance and repair
  • Accomplishing a daily routine of general and preventative facilities maintenance to provide environmentally safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient facilities and parks
  • Operating a wide variety of light equipment and machinery
  • Performing a variety of labor-intensive work

  • Knowledge and proficiency gained through training and experience in the maintenance / custodial field

  • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
  • Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
