Setup Truck Loading - 1st Shift
We offer stable employment utilizing state of the art equipment and clean work facilities. On the job training provided.
Full-time setup truck loader needed for 1st shift.ย  Responsible for final setup of mowers, staging finished mowers correctly to be loaded and loading finished mowers onto trucks/trailers.
Essential Functions:

  • Must effectively use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
  • Must be able to operate lifting devices including overhead hoist, electric parts picker, electric narrow aisle lift, and propane lift truck.
  • Responsible for checking parts and wholegoods orders to ensure accuracy and quality prior to completion of order.
  • Must be able to assemble parts into a complete subassembly.
  • Must be constantly alert to potential hazards and keep a safety awareness attitude.
  • Must work well with other people.ย  Must communicate well with co-workers and other departments.
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold conditions, indoors and outdoors.
  • Must have some clerical skills; reading part numbers, recording serial numbers, counting inventory, typing labels and entering information into a computer terminal.
  • Must be able to assist in loading and unloading trailers and tie or strap loads onto trucks and trailers, as needed.
  • Must be able to read and understand truck load diagrams.
  • Must be able to load and unload trucks; tie or strap loads onto trucks and trailers.
  • Must be able to pull and stage orders accurately.
  • Must be capable of learning the mechanics of setting up all of the mowers.
  • Must be capable of learning, understanding and assemble all the options and kits that mount on all the mowers.
