About the Opportunity: A highly successful, stable franchisee group operating high-volume family dining restaurants is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant General Manager for a location near Miller Park in Milwaukee, WI.

What You Will Do:
- Run the Floor: Direct front-of-house operations during high-volume shifts (especially weekend breakfast rushes) while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Assist the General Manager in hiring, training, cross-training, and motivating a large team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
- Operational Excellence: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and brand standards across both the front and back of house.
- Administrative Support: Assist with crucial administrative duties including shift scheduling, inventory tracking, cash handling, till management, and daily deposits.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and de-escalate customer complaints with a calm, professional, and hospitable demeanor.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a full-service, casual, or family dining restaurant.
- Stability: A proven track record of loyalty and job stability (no chronic job-hopping).
- Pacing: The ability to handle high-turnover table service and manage a tipped waitstaff effectively.
- Leadership: A hands-on, charismatic leadership style that leads by example.
- Flexibility: Open availability to work weekends, mornings, and holidays as required by the family dining industry.
