Job description

Shape the Future of Clean Energy & Infrastructure

Multiple Leadership & Engineering Openings | Direct-Hire Career Opportunities

Are you ready to lead high-impact engineering projects that power our communities? We are a premier engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) consulting firm dedicated to designing and building resilient power infrastructure.

While nuclear power plant modification experience is a major plus, we highly value and actively consider engineering leaders from across the heavy power generation sector—including combined cycle, oil & gas, coal, and heavy industrial facilities.

If you are a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) looking for a high-growth, technically challenging leadership role, we want to hear from you.

Locations & Flexibility

We offer flexible work setups to match your lifestyle:

  • Locations: Charlotte, NC | Mount Laurel, NJ | Detroit, MI
  • Flexible Option: Remote within the 48 contiguous states (with up to 40% travel to project and client sites)

Open Leadership Roles & Compensation

We are currently scaling our engineering teams and hiring for the following key positions:

Manager, Project Engineering

$150,000 - $200,000 (Flexible)

Overall engineering project management, resource coordination, and multidisciplinary leadership.

Supervising Discipline Engineer – I&C

$150,000 - $200,000 (Flexible)

Instrumentation & Controls design, control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA), and EPC project leadership.

Supervising Discipline Engineer – Structural

$160,000 - $180,000

Structural modifications, seismic analysis, and structural calculations for power facilities.

Supervising Discipline Engineer – Mechanical

$120,000 - $180,000 (Flexible)

Mechanical system calculations, equipment arrangements, and fluid/gas systems design (using Fathom/Arrow).

Supervising Discipline Engineer – Electrical

$120,000 - $180,000

Electrical studies (short circuit, voltage drop, arc flash using ETAP), substation, and power distribution design.

️ What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities by Role)

1. Manager, Project Engineering

  • Lead Projects: Provide overarching engineering management, guidance, and task delegation to project staff.
  • Ensure Adherence: Plan and execute engineering activities to meet strict safety, quality, schedule, and budget metrics (PI/SPI).
  • Solve Problems: Proactively identify project roadblocks, analyze alternatives, and deliver optimized mitigation strategies.

2. Supervising Discipline Engineer – I&C

  • Technical Authority: Serve as the discipline lead for I&C scope across EPC projects; review/approve calculations, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
  • System Design: Develop control system architectures, instrument specifications, cause-and-effect matrices, and SCADA/DCS documentation.

3. Supervising Discipline Engineer – Structural

  • Design & Modify: Design, analyze, and develop structural modifications for heavy power/nuclear facilities.
  • System Analysis: Perform structural calculations and seismic analysis using industry software (STAAD Pro, MathCad, ANSYS, SAP2000).

4. Supervising Discipline Engineer – Mechanical

  • System Calculations: Develop calculations, specifications, and layout drawings for water, steam, air, gas, and oil systems.
