Mobile Patrol Security Officer

Location: Spring Grove, PA

Schedule:

  • Friday | 2:00pm-10:00pm | $17.00 Per Hour
  • Saturday & Sunday | 10:00pm-6:00am | $17.00 per hour
  • Monday | 6:00pm-6:00am | $18.00 per hour

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Mobile Patrol Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing regular mobile patrols, ensuring the safety and security of the assigned site. As a Mobile Patrol Security Officer, you will be a visible presence, conducting both vehicle and foot patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Patrols: Perform scheduled and random mobile patrols, ensuring security protocols are followed and inspecting for any potential hazards or risks.
  • Incident Response: Respond to alarms and emergencies in a prompt and professional manner. Investigate disturbances and escalate issues to law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary.
  • Monitoring Systems: Oversee security equipment such as alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and fire detection systems. Report any malfunctioning equipment or irregularities.
  • Reporting: Document all activities, incidents, and observations in daily logs, maintaining clear, accurate, and comprehensive reports.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure that gates, doors, and buildings are properly secured. Conduct safety inspections and address any identified security vulnerabilities.
  • Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and the public, addressing inquiries, and offering assistance when needed.
  • Collaboration: Work with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency personnel to manage incidents and report security concerns to clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. Additional security-related training or coursework is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. Mobile patrol experience is a plus.
  • License & Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Skills:
    • Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Familiarity with security technologies (e.g., alarm systems, CCTV).
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.
