Front Desk Receptionist
St. Francis de Sales School is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our school community. This individual will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for students, families, visitors, and staff while supporting the daily operations of the school. Responsibilities include managing the front office, answering phones, greeting visitors, monitoring building access, assisting with student attendance and records, supporting enrollment and Ohio EdChoice processes, coordinating transportation and cafeteria counts, processing school payments, maintaining student files, and assisting with school communications and other administrative needs. The position also includes daily supervision of middle school students during cafeteria periods and support with emergency preparedness and student activity documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and customer service skills; be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities; and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technology programs. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and wants to play an important role in supporting students, families, and the mission of St. Francis de Sales School.
