Facility Information:

SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital is a 174-bed facility that does approximately 5,000 surgical cases per year.  CRNA's/AA's will provide medically directed anesthesia for a variety of cases including general, ortho, ENT, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, and podiatry.  The surgical area at St. Agnes Hospital has six operating rooms.

Your Qualifications:

  • Graduate of nationally accredited CRNA or CAA Program
  • Ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin
  • BLS
  • ALS
