****This is a weekend shift opportunity, 12 hour days Friday - Sunday****

Duties/Responsibilities of Chemical Technician, Anodizer:

  • Independently process parts on the SST line and Aluminum Line (AI).
  • Independently manage waste treatment area.

 Required Skills/Abilities of Chemical Technician, Anodizer:

  • Able to independently operate waste treatment area.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as lead person, particularly on off-shifts.
  • Certified to operate SST line independently.

 Education and Experience of Chemical Technician, Anodizer:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in directly applicable chemical processes: cleaning, anodization, plating, etc.
  • Introductory Safety Training on the following:
  • HAZCOM (ann. renewal)
  • HAZWOPER Operator Level
  • Hazard Specific Communication
  • Manual Material Handling
  • Training to operate SST line
  • Training to manage waste treatment
  • HAZWOPER Technician Level
  • LOTO - Affected Employees
  • Machine guarding and tool safety
  • Fire Prevention Awareness
  • Emergency First Aid and CPR
  • Training to operate AI line

 Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to wear PPE as required.
