Our client, a major bank in New York City, is looking for Senior Solutions Architect - Payment Systems (Director Level). New York City Location. This is hybrid commute, 2/3 days per week in the office.

** Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in US - NO H1 Visa support for this role Salary range 200-225K, plus around 20% bonus, plus great benefits package. Senior Solutions Architect โ€“ Payment Systems In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical oversight of payment platforms supporting Mizuho Americasโ€™ domestic and crossโ€‘border payment capabilities. This role acts as a hands-on technical leader and design authority, partnering closely with product, business, risk, operations, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant payment solutions.

You will work closely with the enterprise architects and define target-state solution architectures, guide implementation teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards across high-value, real-time, and batch payment systems. The position requires deep expertise in payment processing architectures, strong understanding of financial messaging standards, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple platforms in a highly regulated environment.
