Associate Medical Director - Gastroenterology - Madison, WI

The AMD of GI is accountable for working in a collaborative relationship with the leadership of the designated clinical programs and has the primary responsibility of leading the strategy, quality, value-based care, and evidence-based practice within the region and local market in which they practice. Oversees the clinical delivery teams performance through the organization's continuous improvement operating model, which drives operational efficiency and improvement work in quality, access, cost-reduction, patient and team experience, patient and team safety, growth and partnerships, transformation, community connectivity, and culture. Collaborates with the team to influence and set the strategic vision, goals, and objectives for the clinical programs growth while aligning with the organizations strategy in growth and partnerships, exceptional performance, connectivity, culture, and transformative care.
