In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination. * Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change * Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting * Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies Key Tasks & Responsibilities * Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators. This task includes: * Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution * Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner Education & Experience * Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Experience: 0 - 2 years Certifications * Required * IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher. * ITIL v4 Foundation * Desired * ITIL v4 Specialist - Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist - Direct, Plan, and Improve Security Clearance * Top Secret with SCI eligibility Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.) * IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher * Day Shift.
