Job description

Master's degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology/related discipline is required, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


What You’ll Experience

  • Manage and optimize Oracle databases for smooth and secure operation.
  • Administer Red Hat Linux systems and troubleshoot database and system issues.
  • Perform daily backups, monitor server health, and apply security measures.
  • Document processes and provide after-hours support as needed.
  • This is a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of Oracle DBA experience, including Oracle 19c or later.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Red Hat Linux command line administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for OS, hardware/software, performance tuning, and patching.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security+ or any other IAT Level II certification (GDEC or SSCP) within six months of hire

  • Expertise with Oracle GoldenGate replication and Oracle Label Security.
  • Experience managing ESXi servers and storage systems.
  • Help desk experience and ability to create clear documentation.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain a polygraph.
