The Paralegal supports the Legal Department by providing experienced assistance in corporate and commercial contract administration, legal research, and document management. This role focuses on supporting the legal team and business stakeholders through organized legal processes, accurate documentation, and coordination of contract-related matters in a corporate environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the review and draft of wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and property-related contracts
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, standard terms, and fallback positions.
  • Draft, review, and update internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure legal compliance and operational consistency.
  • Provide support for employment-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance and discrimination or EEOC claims, under attorney supervision.
  • ·Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Paralegal certification required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution preferred.
  • 2–5+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role.
  • Experience with entity management preferred.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, with strong contract management experience.
  • Preferred experience supporting employment-related legal compliance and claims matters, including documentation related to EEOC filings.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into clear, practical guidance.
  • Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
