Job Description We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to help establish and scale a new SRE function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building SRE practices, defining SLIs/SLOs, and automating reliability operations and a proven ability to drive customer-centric reliability outcomes and communicate business impact with confidence. Responsibilities: Stand up SRE practices from the ground up, including CUJ definition, SLI/SLO design, and error budget policies. Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability for critical user journeys. Facilitate blameless postmortems, define corrective actions, and drive reliability improvements. Develop automation and tooling to reduce toil using a programming language of choice. Create and maintain NALSD documentation and role-playing incident scenarios. Strong communication skills with the ability to present positions confidently to business partners. Background in software development or DevOps.
