  • Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in B2B technical sales, application engineering, or account management within the sensor, industrial automation, test & measurement equipment, or specialized hardware industries.
  • Versatility: Proven ability to navigate multiple complex B2B industries; experience selling into automotive OEMs/Tier 1s, academic research labs, or medical device sectors is highly preferred.
  • Technical Savvy: Strong foundational understanding of data acquisition (DAQ) systems, sensor calibration, software API integration, and electronic components. Ability to read technical blueprints and whitepapers.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to articulate complex physical/data concepts to both executive decision-makers and engineering leads.
  • Growth Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment. Willingness to travel domestically for client visits and major trade shows (up to 30%).

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary ($90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience) + highly rewarding uncapped commission structure based on B2B revenue milestones.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and company holidays.
