Job description

Title: Senior Technical Program Manager
Location: Remote (Person should be comfortable to work in PST time zone)
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary product/program manager for SMB requirements during design and implementation phases.
  • Partner tightly with engineering teams to drive clarity, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
  • Draft detailed features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Lead requirements deep-dives, UAT planning, and testing execution; write UAT scripts and manage issue triage.
  • Establish and maintain execution rigor including workback plans, T-minus calendars, RACI models, dependency tracking, and risk/issue logs.
  • Balance short-term business needs with longer-term SMB roadmap priorities in partnership with FTE planners.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Sales, Digital Stores, Business Ops, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
  • Author executive-ready program updates, SMB newsletters, decision recaps, and meeting notes.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or Technical Program Management.
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into engineering deliverables.
  • Proven ability to drive execution rigor and accountability in complex programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Copilot experience preferred.
  • Comfort working in large, highly matrixed organizations with evolving priorities.
