Company Description

Senior Tax Manager

Champion Relationships. Shape Strategy. Develop Leaders.

Exceptional tax leaders do more than solve technical issues. They influence outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and help develop the next generation of professionals.

At Clark Schaefer Hackett, our Senior Tax Managers play a critical role in building and strengthening client relationships, guiding tax strategy, developing future leaders, and helping drive the continued growth of the practice.

If you're energized by advising clients, mentoring professionals, and creating opportunities for both clients and colleagues to succeed, we'd love to start a conversation.

Why Tax Professionals Choose CSH

At Clark Schaefer Hackett, relationships are our business. We believe trust, responsiveness, and thoughtful advice are the foundation of every successful client engagement. As a result, many of our clients have relied on CSH for decades and view our professionals as trusted business advisors, not simply tax professionals.

As a Top 65 CPA & Advisory Firm, we've built an outstanding reputation by helping clients solve complex business challenges while creating an environment where talented professionals can grow and thrive. Just as importantly, we believe long-term success is only possible when talented people can also be successful outside of work. Our expectations are high, but we recognize that family, health, and personal commitments matter. We work hard to create a culture where professionals can build exceptional careers without feeling like they have to sacrifice the rest of their lives to do it.

At CSH, you'll find:

  • A culture grounded in Respect, Excellence, Accountability, and Leadership
  • The opportunity to serve as a true business advisor
  • Meaningful influence with clients and firm leadership
  • Significant opportunities for career advancement
  • A collaborative environment that values relationships and teamwork
  • Ongoing opportunities to mentor and develop future leaders
  • A culture that respects life outside of work and recognizes that great careers are built alongside meaningful personal lives
  • Five weeks of PTO plus an additional firm-wide shutdown week
  • A flexible hybrid work environment with no mandated office schedule

Take Your Leadership to the Next Level

If you're ready to expand your influence, champion client relationships, develop future leaders, and help shape the future of a growing tax practice, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
