Position Overview
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Seattle sales team. This role supports Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Account Managers by managing the post-sale administrative workflow and by leveraging data, technology, and cross-platform tools to help meet or exceed revenue goals.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, multiplatform media environment and maintains strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners. This position can serve as a career path to Account Manager or other advanced account-services roles within the organization.
Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.
  • This position is a full-time role that requires the employee to regularly work at our Seattle site.

What You Will Do:
Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Order Management & Systems Administration
  • Process and manage sales orders (order entry) across broadcast and digital; Wide Orbit and Boostr order management systems.
  • CRM administration: maintain data integrity, analyze activity, and manage interfaces between sales systems (Wide Orbit, boostr, and related integrations).
  • Support accuracy and consistency of data across all sales platforms; identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Compliance & National Sales
  • Serve as the FCC sales contact for the cluster, ensuring all Political documentation is uploaded and compliant.
  • Assist with all National sales buys, working with the Manager of National Sales (orders, trafficking of spots through VCreative, airchecks, etc.).

Reporting, Analytics & Insights & Training
  • Facilitate creating and pulling reports and associated documentation for the Sales Team. (e.g. Tapscan, research, PPM, transactional business, inventory reports, sponsorships, endorsements, block programming, revenue reports)
  • Analyze audience data using ratings tools (Tapscan, Nielsen) and first-party data to support sales management
  • Organize and maintain documents including media kits, rate cards, and sales collateral.
  • Oversee new-account onboarding process; Work with Credit to set up new clients.
  • Oversee Wide Orbit setup for pulling/sending runtimes for clients and client invoicing.
  • Support on sales research, presentations, promotions, and campaign recaps as needed.
  • Provide training as a subject matter expert (Wide Orbit, CRM-Boostr, etc) to ensure optimal utilization of all systems.
  • Transactional business support and account management of remnant advertising.

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
Required
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to work with moderate supervision, handle confidential information, manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure, and be a self-starter.
  • Proactive mindset - takes ownership of tasks, anticipates team needs, and identifies issues before they become problems
  • Problem-solver - capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and flexible enough to perform unscheduled assignments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with an emphasis on building reports, pivot tables, and basic data models.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools (e.g. Copilot or similar).
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret statistical data; draw conclusions from findings and follow through on action items.

Preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of account-operations or service support in a professional setting.
  • Experience with Wide Orbit and/or other broadcast traffic systems.
  • Experience with Boostr or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools
  • Understanding of multiplatform media sales (e.g., broadcast + video/display + social + streaming/podcast).
  • Previous broadcast ratings and research knowledge.

Physical Demands
  • Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation Range
$22.60 - $33.31 per hour. This spans multiple ranges for this role.
Hourly rate will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
