Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
  • Generate and qualify leads supporting the sale team using tools such as SalesForce, Outreach programs & ZoomInfo.
  • Organize lead and prepare outreach from lead lists.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and either live transfer or schedule meetings with sales representatives.
  • Accessing appointments to sales team by engaging prospects via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Work closely with sales enablement to build relevant prospecting content and with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Track and report key metrics related to lead qualification, outreach effectiveness, and appointment-setting success.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline activity and ensure accurate data entry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED. Prefer associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully qualifying leads and setting appointments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a leadership role in a growing team.
