Job description

Job Title: RPA Lead/ UiPath Engineer

Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite- 5 days a week)

Hire Type: Fulltime and Contract (long-term)

 

Key Responsibilities:
Analysis & Design:
Work with business analysts to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and design solution blueprints.
Development: Build automation workflows in UiPath Studio, adhering to best practices, and integrate with other systems.
Testing & Debugging: Create test cases, execute testing (functional, regression), log defects, and resolve issues in developed automations.
Deployment & Support: Deploy bots to Orchestrator, monitor performance, provide hypercare, troubleshoot production issues, and offer end-user training.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user guides, and incident reports

  • Designed scalable and reusable RPA frameworks (dispatcher–performer model, REFramework customization) to support multi -bot deployments across Data Security domains.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and concepts like variables/arguments; knowledge of C#, VB.NET, SQL, API integration.
  • Performed solution assessments and feasibility studies to identify op mal automation approaches, balancing API-first design with UI automation for legacy systems.
  • Good knowledge of Desktop Tools-related testing automation
  • Experience with UiPath Test Automation Suite
  • Worked with cross-organizational teams a er the organizational merger process and stabilized the results without any client escalations.

  • Familiarity with PLM, Enterprise Architecture, Data Migration, AI, or related technology initiatives is beneficial, but deep subject matter expertise is not required.
