What you'll do:
Network Design and Planning: Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, conduct feasibility studies, perform capacity planning, and manage cell site equipment layout and parameter definition.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze RAN data, and perform RF optimization and capacity management.
Implementation and Configuration: Deploy network solutions, conduct testing and validation, manage configurations, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless RAN systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues, including satellite network routing problems.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, provide customer support, and coordinate installation, maintenance, and optimization activities with various teams.

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired: in a Technical or Engineering. 2+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
