As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as the primary project leader, accountable for the successful delivery of large-scale commercial building projects, typically valued at $50M+. This role requires exceptional leadership across site operations, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance, while overseeing multidisciplinary teams of site staff, trades, and subcontractors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ranging from $30M–$150M
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality standards with accuracy and accountability
