Senior Project Engineer
Area: San Diego, CA (On-Site)
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

  • Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through construction completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, scopes of work, and fee proposals
  • Oversee construction bid packages, specifications, and contract documents
  • Conduct land use evaluations, infrastructure planning, zoning analysis, and site feasibility studies
  • Prepare and oversee regulatory plans, public improvement plans, and private off-site improvement plans
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain project approvals across California jurisdictions
  • Build and maintain client, developer, consultant, and public agency relationships
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff
  • Support business development through proposals, fee estimates, and client presentations
