Job description

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Entarian is seeking an Army Senior Program Manager that shall exercise comprehensive oversight of all contractor personnel and activities, ensuring adherence to the PWS and applicable standards to support the Project Manager Electronic Warfare and Cyber (PM EW&C). The Senior Program Manager shall possess the authority to commit contractor resources and make binding decisions on behalf of the contractor organization. Contractor-provided services to include programmatic services, technical services, engineering, testing, training, integration, business management, administrative and operational program support. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure that all are performing appropriately * Assists in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing T&E documents that are managed under CPE IWS * Reviews and analyzes current draft and/or approved versions of PEO IEWS Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Test Plans, Test Reports, and other program documentation for consistency, conformity to C5ISR requirements, adherence to higher headquarters directives, program impacts due to changes, etc. and provide appropriate comments to the CPE IWS * Reviews program documents for consistency of schedules, test strategy, and force level interoperability requirements * Coordinates with affected subordinate PMs to execute modification to TEMPs * Participates in test and evaluation IPT on behalf of CPE IWS * Assists the combat developer in requirements research by ensuring requirements can be achieved with either current or anticipated technology * Evaluate and balance user desires against anticipated budget expectations * Assisting and educating users to encourage the development of testable requirements * Provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership * Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review tasks plans and deliverable items * Ensures conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs The Program Manager shall maintain on-site presence and shall be responsive to all Government inquiries and concerns.
