To facilitate that work, GA maintains a detailed database on more than 20 million active, left-leaning American donors, including data on net worth, ideological preferences, political donation history, non-profit donation history, demographics, and contact information. Our overall mission is to use that data to amplify forward-thinking voices, causes, and people.
Job Description

The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering to translate customer and market insight into SaaS products that help campaigns and nonprofit organizations run more effective fundraising operations.

  2. Identify new opportunities within the SaaS and DaaS landscape and build the business case for investment.
  3. Collaborate with internal partners to drive end-to-end execution including GTM, Marketing, Data Science, etc.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership (35%)
  1. Lead a cross-functional product team including UX Design and Engineering through the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.
  2. Manage and prioritize the backlog of epics, user stories, and supporting documentation, ensuring the team operates with clarity and shared purpose.
  3. Serve as the primary point of accountability for on-time, high-quality hand-off of roadmap requirements.

Customer & Stakeholder Advocacy (20%)
  1. Collaborate with UX to conduct customer interviews and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to champion the voice of the customer throughout development.
  2. Act as the primary liaison for the product domain across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  3. Define and monitor key product metrics, using data to evaluate feature success and inform iteration.

Mentorship & Team Development (10%)
  1. Mentor and coach junior-to-mid-level Product Managers and other junior product team members.
  2. Contribute to product team best practices, hiring, and onboarding.
  3. Model the Grassroots Approach in all internal and external interactions.
