MarketplaceSellerFulfillmentSolutions(SFS)providescustomersabroadassortmentofselectionfromthirdpartysellerswhofulfillontheirown.Ourteamiscomprisedofmotivatedprofessionalswholookforopportunitiestocreatethebestpossiblecustomerandsellerexperiences.SFSspansacrossmultiplefunctionalareastoachievethisexcellenceincludingprepurchase,postpurchase,andreturns.
What you'll do:

• Ownthestrategy,roadmap,andbusinessoutcomesforglobalpre-purchasedeliveryexperienceinitiatives,includingdeliverypromise,expediteddelivery,andspeedprograms.
• Leadcomplexcross-functionalprogramsbyaligningbusiness,product,engineering,operations,anddatascienceteamsaroundsharedobjectives.
• Developscalablecapabilitiesthatimprovedeliverytransparency,customerconfidence,sellerperformance,andMarketplacegrowth.
• Leveragedata,marketinsights,andfinancialanalysistoprioritizeinvestments,managerisk,andinfluenceexecutivedecisions.
• Buildorganizationalalignmentandoperationalrigortosuccessfullydelivercomplex,multi-quarterinitiatives.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
