Position Title: Sr. Operations Manager - Corporate Foodservice (Miami, FL) 

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/ yr.

Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity available with Restaurant Associates, where you will serve as the Senior Operations Manager for our prestigious client in Miami, FL. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate dining account, ensuring outstanding service and culinary experiences for employees. In addition to managing and leading a team of associates, you will also play a pivotal role in onboarding, training, and handling HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with Citadel, their employees, and various departments to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build innovative menus that align with Citadel's preferences and standards, delivering top-quality food and dining experiences.
  • Take ownership of the account's P&L and budgeting, ensuring financial success and meeting client expectations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and culinary team to roll out new culinary programs that improve the dining experience for Citadel employees.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements, implementing best practices and driving excellence in service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary is helpful, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the industry.
  • Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations, preferably with high-volume production and catering expertise.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a reputable foodservice company, seizing opportunities for professional development.
