The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, an ability to simplify complex ideas through visual narratives, and a passion for creating polished digital content optimized for social media, events, campaigns, and executive-level storytelling.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling
  • Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and digital assets for marketing campaigns, proposals, presentations, social media, and internal communications.
  • Develop infographics, diagrams, and frameworks that translate complex technical or commercial concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to Zachry brand standards, visual systems, and quality expectations.

  • Adapt multimedia content to platform-specific needs (aspect ratios, captions, accessibility standards).

Marketing, Communications, and Proposal Support
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and subject-matter experts to translate messaging into strong visual narratives.
  • Design proposal graphics, diagrams, pursuit visuals, and executive presentations that strengthen customer value propositions and differentiate Zachry.
  • Support enterprise-level campaigns, corporate initiatives, and internal communications that reinforce Zachry's culture, values, and people-focused mission.

Collaboration, Planning & Project Execution
  • Manage multiple design and multimedia projects with strong attention to deadlines, accuracy, and creative quality.
  • Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions, offering creative problem-solving, concept development, and visual solution recommendations.
  • Ensure all output reflects brand expectations and upholds a high standard of visual excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners as needed to deliver consistent and timely creative support.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or multimedia roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia Design, Communications, or equivalent professional experience supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-channel design (presentations, proposals, infographics, campaigns, and short-form video/motion).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and presentation design (PowerPoint).
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and information design; ability to simplify complex technical concepts visually.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills; comfortable presenting to non-design audiences.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in video editing and motion graphics with the ability to add branded elements such as titles, lower-thirds, and motion graphics.
