Immediate Need: Senior Java Developer with strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, MVC, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Oracle, MySQL, JDBC, Hibernate, JUnit, Mockito, Postman, MongoDB, Python, Jira, and Agile.

Must have strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices, along with AWS/cloud and CI/CD experience. Onsite in Charlotte, NC is mandatory.

Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Java/J2EE Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications in a cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices.
  • Build and deploy applications on AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage source code using Git.
  • Work with Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, JDBC, and Hibernate/JPA.
  • Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
  • Perform API testing using Postman.
  • Use Python for scripting and automation when required.
  • Troubleshoot application, database, API, and production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams and track tasks using Jira.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams.
