Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, build tools like Maven or Gradle, and optionally certification like Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Java SE is valuable. What are some common challenges faced by contract java programmers?

What is a java programmer contract?

A Java Programmer Contract job is a temporary position where a programmer is hired for a specific duration to develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. Contract roles can vary in length, from a few months to a year or more, depending on project requirements. Contractors typically work for a company or client without being a full-time employee, often through an agency or as independent consultants.
