Job description

Java Developer (Contract-to-Hire) – Onsite 3 Days/Week

Location: Charlotte, NC 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week
Contract Type: 6 month + Contract-to-Hire
Interview Process: Single round - onsite interview
Interview Slots: Mon–Wed, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM (Week of June 30)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join a growing team supporting enterprise-level applications. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable organization, offering a hybrid work model and a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is a strong backend developer with experience in Java and Spring, and comfortable working with APIs and SQL databases.


Must-Have Skills:
