* Basic understanding of Object Oriented and Structured development methodologies and languages. 


* Developing documentation required to support a program's technical issues and training situations. 


* Experience in Java development This position requires a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. This position requires 2 yrs' experience with a Bachelor of Science or 6 yrs' experience in lieu of a degree.
