Job description

Job Summary:
Acupath Laboratories Inc. is a nationwide provider of specialized anatomic pathology services, focusing on areas like urology, gastroenterology, and hematology/oncology. The Director of DevOps oversees and manages a team of Engineers and Systems Administrators to ensure that all applications and infrastructure are optimized and running without issues.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management & Tracking
• Server and Infrastructure Maintenance and Monitoring
• Interface Testing:
• Perform interface testing between Acupath’s Laboratory Information System (PathLab), and external partner systems.
• Software Release Testing and Validation
• End-User Testing and Sign-Off coordination
• Collaboration with clinical departments
• Other IT/Infrastructure items as necessary
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years in IT roles
• Strong project management skills—familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Strong Technical & Analytical Skills
• Experience managing Linux/Windows servers and virtualization/cloud environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
